INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL JOURNAL

A group of students of 4th ESO are helping Amie, a 12 years old girl who lives in Shorewood, US, with her school project "My Travel Journal".

Amie's Journal is travelling all around the world, covering as many countries as possible! In this journal people should write something about where they live.

We are so excited about taking part in this amazing project!! It's really nice to collaborate with an American School helping Amie with her journal!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYONE!!!!

Today we have celebrated Halloween in our school. 

A very funny witch has explained us what English children do during the Halloween night. She has drawn a pumpink in our faces and we have been singing and dancing!!

BODY AND CLOTHES

In first of primary school we are learning the body parts while we are singing, dancing, drawing and playing funny games.

In second of primary school we have finished unit 1, which talks about clothes and how we can do descriptions of ourselves.

MY SENSES

During this term we have been learning about healthy habits, the senses and other important things about our body in the Natural Science subject.

This Saturday, 18th October, will take place the MARXA MISSIONERA (missionary walk). The start line will be placed at 10:30 (walking) and at 11:00 (cycling).

When arriving at "La Pineda", a delicious hot chocolate will be waiting for you!! and you will also have the chance to participate in different games.

Jamie, our language assistant, is already here! He is going to be with us until the end of May He will be in the English lessons working with small groups of students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th of ESO and "batxillerat" in order to help them improve their speaking skills. We are sure it is going to be a really good experience for all of us. Welcome Jamie! We are pleased to have you here!

Hi everybody! Last Friday a group of students of 4th of ESO came back from England. We spent six days in Broadstairs, in the south-east English coast. We really had a good time and the weather was incredibly nice. We stayed with host families and in the mornings we went to class. In the afternoons we had different activities such as sports, quizzes or walks. We also visited London and Canterbury. It was really an amazing experience!
